I love Bleedman comics. It's one of the websites I used to go to if I wanted to do a bit of light reading. His stories are really great. The stories are original but he uses characters from both Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon (and I think a bit of Disney as well).

I took a fancy with two particular stories he has: Grim Tales from Down Under and the Power Puff Girls. While I'm still waiting for PPF to end, I recently noticed that Grim adventures was done.

It takes after the cartoon series "The Grimm adventures of Billy and Mandy". It shows a very grown up Mandy married to the Grim Reaper and they have two kids, Grim Jr. and Mini Mandy. It actually focuses more on the story of their kids. The dynamics of their relationship and the relationships they have with every other demon and creatures in the underworld.

The art was really done well. The colors are just right and the whole picture is really nice. The different scene changes from the underworld, to the different parts of hell, to Holloween Town and some past scenes when Mandy was a child have such great differences that you won't be mistaking one from the other.

The combination of the characters were done really well as well. Joining characters like Spawn, Grim and Mandy, Jack and other characters from NBC just to name a few, got a great mix of fun and grim on a spooky side. The characters were represented very well with their characteristics and qualities never lost as the story progresses.

The hero and heroine (Grim Jr. and Mini Mandy) were created in the image of their parents but with personalities that is so strange and different but at the same time worked very well in the story.

The storyline was really well written. It had a good mix of action, comedy and drama that is so difficult to put into in whatever genre you want. But here it worked really well. It leaves the readers craving for more.

I was planning to give it five stars but my craving for this story wasn't really satiated with the ending. It was open ended which leaves me to wonder what would happened to the siblings after the whole ordeal.

I hope he finishes PPF soon as well but I do hope that it would have a better ending.
